FANCY SPAM
Do you like SPAM? I know it’s one of those canned meats that some folks just don't trust, but around our house, we love it! Sometimes the simplest ingredients make the best meals, and SPAM is one of those things you can keep in the pantry for an easy meal anytime. This recipe can be found in my Volume 1 cookbook.

GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE
I don't know why I don't make this cake more often. It's my favorite; I absolutely love it! I love that it using a box cake mix to start. By adding a few extra ingredients to the box mix, I think it taste better than a cake from scratch. I made you a shopping list with all of the ingredients for the recipe included.
