This is a very easy dinner to make for your family, especially if you are watching your carbs. It's easy to half the recipe if you need a smaller portion. For a different variation, you can add Grands Buttermilk Biscuits to the top of the dish and create a delicious crust for the meatballs and turn it into a casserole of sorts. Try it both ways!
