This recipe comes from Miss Annie's Home and Kitchen's Volume 1 cookbook. She writes that her dear friend, Angela Binkerd, made this cake for one of her daughter's wedding receptions. It's very good! I hope you will try it!

This carrot cake recipe is the best, and I can confirm that because it matches my mom's recipe! The only difference is she did two rounds, and then did the slice to create four layers. I have not made it in years, but I'm tempted. So yummy!
