Several people have asked me for a Chocolate Pound Cake recipe. I have one that I found on Pinterest years ago that is really good. I believe the recipe came from Paula Jones. It is a mild chocolate and served plain or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream will make you smile. This is a recipe that I believe you will want to try. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.
Quick question... does the flour need to be sifted for the recipe? If so, measure first then sift? My mother-in-law is convinced you shouldn't make a pound cake without sifting flour first and I don't think it's necessary. Please advise.
