If you live in the south you probably have heard of having Blackeyed Peas and Greens for New Year. They say that eating peas will bring you good luck and the greens will bring you money. I am not superstitious but I like the tradition and always have it. On my Facebook page, I showed you how I cook my collards and my recipe is below.
