I love Chinese food so this dish is one of my favorites. It's easy to make since your crockpot does all of the work! You can find the recipe in my Volume 2 cookbook on page 20. It makes for a good weeknight meal.

I made this a few days ago and we really liked it. Next time, I'll add a can of water chestnuts for a crunchy texture.
