I hope you like crockpot meals as much as I do. It's so nice to have supper prepared when you get home from work. If I worked outside my home I would try and have at least one crockpot meal a week. This recipe is one that my husband loves. When we are in Louisiana and go out to eat I have to get seafood, but he gets Red Beans and Rice quite often. When he fixed his bowl tonight he said this one was delicious. I hope you try it and it's fine to add whatever you think you would like with it.
