I got this recipe from Carolyn Drinkard. She is the lady that did the article about me for the Cooperative Farming Magazine. She's so nice and I've enjoyed getting to know her. Because I'm having a hard time cooking food right now, I decided that this "non-cooking" recipe would be perfect. We love it! I hope you'll try it.
