For a simple dinner recipe, this slow cooker BBQ chicken can't be beaten. We like it on a hamburger bun served with some baked beans and chips. You could even use the leftovers the next night on a baked potato for another meal. I'll be putting this recipe in my Volume 3 cookbook.

You should not use frozen meat, poultry or pork in crockpot because it will not defrost properly and can be ripe for bacterial growth, according to USDA. I wish Moma Sue would correct this dangerous error.
I have heard some other recipes state firmly that you should never use frozen chicken. It is easy to get sick from the chicken being in the the cooking state too long. Is that true?
You can also make this using pork tenderloin!! This, too, is delish!!
