Have you ever noticed that most grocery stores have Cubed Pork? It is found by boneless pork chops. You fry it just like you would cubed steak. I buy it occasionally because it tends to be more tender. It doesn't take very long to cook and it's really delicious. Hope you will look for it and try it some time.
