I LOVE fried green tomatoes. I've always fixed mine with just cornmeal, salt, & pepper but a sweet friend said she battered hers with Zatarains Crispy Southern Fish Fry. I tried it and it is a game-changer. I'll use this from now on. Our local Jack's has had Fried Green Tomato BLT's on their menu so I made them for our supper. DELICIOUS.
