We love fried potatoes at my house. If we want to kick them up a notch we add cubed Spam to them and fry them together. I don't use the whole can of Spam for the two of us but about half of the can. Cook some cornbread and you have a meal. I did have pinto beans with this and we enjoyed it so much.
