I had a follower tell me that they made my Salmon Patties (from my Volume 1 cookbook), but with canned chicken instead. It sounded interesting to me so I wanted to try it for myself. They are very good!
(The sauce over the chicken is my Yum Yum sauce from the Volume 3 cookbook.)
