Bread is my weakness. Homemade yeast bread is something that I can't make often because I don't know when to stop eating it. This recipe is so good to eat with butter and honey. It also makes the best cheese toast or garlic bread. The recipe makes 3 loaves so I always give at least one away.....it's best to give away 2. It's not hard to make but it does take time. The time is not that you are having to do anything. It's just you have to wait. However, it is so worth the wait. I know if you try it you will be making it more than one time.
