My beautiful and kind friend Joyce made this not too long ago and I just had to try it. We've been friends since high school and we both learned to cook from our mothers. I hope you will try this quick and easy dessert. Harold and I love it!
Mama Sue. I have a recipe that's easy. You may already know about it. I thought I'd share just in case you don't have it. You will need I box of angel food cake mix. (Do not follow directions on box) Large can of mandarin oranges. 15 oz I think. Whip cream (I use real cream) but you could use cool whip or any whipped topping. Pour oranges juice and all into a bowl add the cake mix. Beat with mixer until you have the oranges in small bits. Bake at 350* for 25=35 minutes. Depends on your oven. cool then frost with whip cream put in refrigerater until ready to eat.
