If I told you that this may be the easiest dessert I've ever made you might not believe me. From the looks of it, you would think I spent a lot of time and lots of ingredients in order to get this delicious delicacy. My wonderful friend, Angela, who helps me with my social media and sending out cookbooks brought me my first taste of this goodness. Mrs. Jan sent me her recipe and I savored every bite. Her filling was Nutella and the only reason I didn't copy her recipe was the fact that I didn't have Nutella. I used lemon pie filling and it did not disappoint. I can see myself making these with apple, peach, and blueberry pie fillings. I know that you will love them just as much as I do.
Precious Sue, I am just reading this and want you to know I don’t know what the oncologist is about but I am praying for you. I have had cancer since 1999 off and on…now bone cancer. God will hold you in His arms and give you that peace that passes all understanding. You are loved ❤️🙏🏼

I'm keeping you in my prayers for a complete recovery. I do not believe God is done using you to shine His glory!!! He led you to a great oncologist!! Hit it hard, hit it fast! I love the fact that he laid out a plan AND let you be a part of it. Most oncologists aren't so forthcoming with plans and info. (Yes, as a matter of fact, I AM a nurse. 😉)
