We love Mexican food. One of my favorite restaurants is Chuy's. I think it's because of their dip. I found several recipes for Mock Chuy's Dip and thought I would try to see if they compared. Oh, my goodness!!! Some of the recipes called for buttermilk but this one didn't and it sounded simple. We love it and I think you will also. In my video, I only used 1/4 cup of the diced jalapenos because Harold doesn't like it really spicy. I think it will be great to have for Christmas parties.
