I love cobblers. It doesn't matter if it's an apple, blackberry, blueberry, peach, or strawberry. This recipe is so easy and DELICIOUS. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream while it is warm and it's even better. If you are using fresh fruit instead of canned just slice the fruit and add 1 1/2 cups sugar to make juice which equals 4 cups (fruit + juice).
Hi my name is Robin, if you double the crust to the peach cobbler and leave the peaches the same you should get more crust. That would give you more crust which is what everyone is talking about. What do you think before I try doing this?
Please advise.
Hi I just joined the site here and I'm trying to save the recipes is there a way to save them on her website or do you have to save them to a separate file?
Thanks
How can I obtain one of your cookbooks?
I made this last night...very buttery. I like it and will make it again. The only "con" for me is that I am a big crust person and this cobbler does not create a crust I am accustomed to with cobblers (e.g., Marie Callender type crust). Except for that--which really is just a personal preference--it's ridiculously easy to make and tasty, too.
This is exactly how my mother in law taught me how to make her peach cobbler. I love it and it’s simple
