It has been a while since I have cooked because of me taking chemo. I just haven't been able to stand the smell of food. However, I am feeling much better and wanted to cook something for you before I take another treatment next week. This recipe was sent to me by one of my followers, Connie Jo Essary. We love sausage balls and I knew these should taste very similar. After making them I will tell you that they are DELICIOUS. The great part is that you can freeze and then take one out and put it in the microwave whenever you would like one. I feel sure that you will like these if you try them.

MamaSue, I love your demonstations. I love how you always put the Lord first even as you continue to go through treatment. Love
Your Salt and Light Theme. Love your recipes. Always looking for something simple, easy and can eat on way out of door to work. This morning I made the Sausage Cheese Muffins. I only came up with 18. I baked mine for 20 minutes.
Ms momma Sue. I recently tried your hamburger casserole dish with the french green beans and french fried onions but I subbed chicken for hamburger and I added whole kernel corn also. My family absolutely loves it it is going to be a regular around here thank you so much. May God's blessings pour over you.. I had 36 radiation treatment and 12 chemotherapy before surgery and 20 after surgery but praise my wonderful caring Father I am Cancer free for right now. Sending prayers for you
MamaSue,
You are an inspiration! Never forget how much you are loved and how much you mean to so many. Take care of YOU!
These are so good -and easy!! I used my jumbo muffin pan for some and my regular size pan for the rest. I will use the regular one only next time.
Thank you for sharing, Mama Sue!
praying for God’s strength as you make your journey through this process of healing!
Thank you for the great recipe! I made a batch and froze them. My husband and I take a couple of them out at night and put them in the refrigerator and then heat them in the microwave in the morning. They are great with scrambled eggs!
You and Harold are in my prayers!
