SPINACH DIP

My daughter, Amy, and I are getting ready for her son's graduation party. We are thinking about making this SPINACH DIP for the party. We all love it and it is so easy to put together. The hardest part is making sure you get the spinach completely dry. This recipe is a classic in our homes.
If you add 1 8oz package of softened cream cheese to the sour cream and Mayo then blend really well before adding the rest, you will love it even more! It adds a richness and structure to the dip that kicks it up a notch. Also chopped water chestnuts for some crunch. But for real, the cream cheese! It also keeps the dip from getting "soupy."
