This chicken is so good. It cooks in the crockpot so you can fix it and forget about it. The recipe, which is found on page 28 of my Volume 2 cookbook, is very versatile. In today's video, I put it over some Hawaiian rolls, but you can put the chicken over a baked potato or even make BBQ nachos. I hope you'll try it!
infortunately I made the mistake of shredding the chix while still in crockpot so I had a bit of a challenge draining the hot sauce but once I got it done and in the baking dish, it was easy to add the bbq sauce … which cuts alot of the heat from the buffalo sauce … thinking a dab of blue cheese dressing on the bun will be extra yummy … thanks for the recipe, it is what’s for dinner tonight!
